Real Estate Never Looked Better
The best residential property advertising generates an emotional response

To help real estate agents leverage this emotional response and to drive more people to open inspections, The Advertiser’s Real Estate magazine will be going gloss from August 29, 2015!
Gloss offers the widest colour range and clearest reproduction, allowing for high resolution, magazine-quality imagery. It’s this clarity that promotes initiation of the ‘property love’ connection which precedes rational factors like price and it increases the longevity and shelf-life of the magazine.
To support the launch of the new look Real Estate magazine, a comprehensive marketing campaign will be undertaken across out of home advertising (reaching 93% of people aged 25–54) and promoted through our own media – The Advertiser, Sunday Mail, Messenger and Advertiser.com.au. To further drive awareness, the magazine will be inserted in The Australian metro edition for the first four weeks of the launch.
The out of home campaign will be highlighted by a brand new digital billboard in Rundle Mall (reaching 400,000 shoppers per week), as well as six weeks of CBD and metro AdShel bus stop sites, and two high impact street furniture sites.
The gloss magazine will be launched at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday July 15, 2015. As part of the launch we will be providing a FREE seminar for all real estate agents, hearing from industry experts like Tom Panos, John McGrath and Marcus Chiminello.
